Hello! We're back in Clovis, New Mexico, for lunch. I've just enjoyed a footlong Meatball Marinara from Subway - very nice!
Severe thunderstorm watch has been issued for this area and points west and north-west. Storms are firing to the west and north-west, across the higher terrain, and should develop/move south-eastwards with time. I think they will tend to transition into a cluster or two, with severe winds and hail the main threat. If we can get onto a more discrete cell, which may happen north-west of Clovis in the next couple of hours, a tornado is possible.
